How should I take Roman’s Testosterone Support supplement?
Roman’s Testosterone Support supplement is intended to be taken daily. Each individual packet contains four tablets, each containing a mixture of all six ingredients. You may take all four tablets at once or you can take them in divided doses throughout the day. To facilitate the absorption of vitamin D, it is recommended that you take the supplement with food.

What do I do if I accidentally miss a dose?
If you accidentally miss a dose, you can either take it when you remember or you can wait until the next day to resume the supplement. It does not matter what time of day you take the supplement. However, to avoid going over the Tolerable Upper Intake Levels for vitamin D, zinc, magnesium, and copper, you should not take more than four tablets in a 24-hour period.
