There is no medical reason not to take Roman Focus and Roman’s Testosterone Support supplement at the same time. If you are taking one or more other supplements offered by Roman or from any other source, it’s always a good idea to ask your healthcare provider whether it is safe and appropriate to add Roman Focus to your routine.
If you are taking any medications or have any medical conditions, you should also consult with your provider to see whether it is safe and appropriate to add Roman Focus to your routine.
While dietary supplements are generally considered safe, it may not be advisable to take a particular supplement in the presence of certain medical conditions or in combination with certain prescription medications, over-the-counter medications, or other supplements. It may also not be advisable to take certain supplements ahead of surgery. This is why it’s important to consult with your healthcare provider before adding any supplement, including Roman Focus, to your routine. If pregnant or breastfeeding, ask a healthcare professional before use.
Calm energy, alertness, and focus effects of L-theanine, caffeine, and American ginseng can be seen within 30‑60 minutes.
Yes, you can take Roman Focus before a workout. None of the ingredients have a contraindication to being taken prior to physical activity. However, if you also take other supplements prior to your workout, make sure you aren’t taking too much of any single ingredient. For example, some other workout supplements also contain caffeine.
As Roman Focus contains caffeine, it has the potential to keep you awake at night if the capsules are taken too late in the day.
None of the ingredients contained in Roman Focus cause addiction. One of the ingredients, caffeine, is considered a stimulant, and regular caffeine intake can cause mild physical dependence. This is not considered an addiction. When there is a dependence, getting less caffeine may result in mild withdrawal symptoms such as headache, irritability, and fatigue. Typically, these disappear within a few days after stopping use. For context, the amount of caffeine present in two capsules of Roman Focus is equivalent to about one cup of coffee—less than the average caffeine intake of U.S. adults. Please note that you may experience diminished effects after long-term use of caffeine due to caffeine tolerance.
The daily dose recommendation is based on individual ingredient dosages that may provide benefits while remaining at levels that are generally well-tolerated.
In order to reduce the possibility of side effects, it is not recommended to take more than two Roman Focus capsules per day.
Roman Focus is vegetarian and vegan friendly. It does not contain animal byproducts.
No, Roman Focus is not kosher. A “Kosher” designation requires a special certification based on production standards and ingredient manufacturing that adhere to Jewish law.
